"As our notice period was drawing closer, we were dreading have to trawl different websites and participate in endless negotiations, never quite knowing whether we had a good deal. Omar and his team at Found The Space were there to accompany us along the journey and take the slog out of the process. We didn’t have to trawl - Omar presented us with options which fit our brief and didn’t encourage us to visit spaces outside our scope or budget. We didn’t have to negotiate, Omar knew our pinch points and discussed everything on our behalf, always coming back to us to check. They drafted a slide deck for us to present options to the senior management team and then after that were happy to make multiple visits to our first and second choices. The whole team were sensitive to our needs, responsive and fun to spend time with. We thoroughly recommend them and look forward to engaging them as we begin the journey again as we negotiate next year’s contract."
