"They all want different things” I could see the moment this truth dawned on Omar. I wouldn’t have faulted him if he’d thrown up his hands and walked away. In fact my feedback would still be positive, because he’s a great guy who works hard to get under the skin of the brief; Even if it’s impossible. But he didn’t give up. He and the Found team redoubled their effort. They worked to understand how we needed to work and showed us spaces to suit each aspect of the business before combining it all in ‘the’ space for us. All on a budget, a tight timescale and with heavy expectations. And he did it all with a smile."
