From the initial call through to finding our new home, Omar has been absolutely brilliant. His knowledge of the market is excellent, his understanding of our brief was spot on (and we are quite exacting in our requirements) and his empathy and friendly guidance was really appreciated. He smoothed the way with all of the vendors and we felt very looked after. He has even gone the extra mile in making sure we facilitated the right meetings with the right people on our final choice (which is a new build) to ensure all of our are requirements met.
