"Josh helped us secure our most recent space near Bank station. Having been approached by many office brokers, we decided to work with Josh at Found due to his ability to listen to the brief, tailor make a shortlist of office spaces in quick order and his proactive personality to help the process move forward. Once we found a space, Josh negotiated on our behalf a price which resulted in us putting pen to paper on the space without hesitation.
